Starting from 1989, we had conducted Electrical works in Myanmar were performed by our Electrical private team for assorted kind of electrical work such as Shop-house, Residences, Garment factory, Fashion shop, Food court and Office room up to 1994.

From 1995 to 1996 we had successfully proceed to private housing ( Residential Building ) Electrical and Plumbing installation as house Wiring and small plumbing sanitary work respectively. In 1996, we continued M&E installation works in collaboration with Local famous Companies for more than 50 Projects including with Myaing Hay Wun Condominium ( 14 Storey ) project at junction 8 , Myanmar Sampoerna Tobacco Factory Project, Ayyar Hotel Renovation Project, Asia Royal Clinic Project, T.I Garment Factory Project and Myanmar May Flower Bank Project from 1997 to 2005.

Mizima Limited had registered and incorporated under the Myanmar company act on 2000~01. In 2006 and registered under DICA in 2012~2013, we continued our Electrical works successfully forming Mizima Limited as a famous in Electrical company up to present.

Our main businesses include supply and install of the Low Voltage System and Extra Low Voltage System. On conditions, we had also performed Plumbing and Sanitation, Small Construction work successfully altogether. We had conducted our Electrical installation works in association with many companies.

During the project operation, we will conduct joint performance and supply with the project team from Client Engineering and Maintenance and Training will be made for the
workplace knowledge requirements. After the completion of the assigned operations, we will

submit redraw As-Built Drawings together with the Test Result Records with occurred any changes and location transformers of the Approved Shop Drawings describing the actual work done. We
will offer all the actual electrical drawing design with the Original and the two copies of drawings together with one electronic CD.

7. We will take the total accountability of all the tasks to have the successful completion and full satisfaction of the Client Company.

We intend to conduct the Project of Client Company with our experiences and advanced technology to offer the best services according with the international standards together with our international standard of Myanmar Engineers in alignment with the attached “Logic Diagram for Electrical Installation process ”from the beginning of the works to the total completion of all the assigned tasks.
For the proper implementation of all the above scheduled tasks, we will conduct according to the

Instruction offered by the Client Company/Consultants and Design requirements. Similarly, we will perform joint consultation with the Construction Work and Mechanical works

( A/C &plumbing ) teams with Daily/Weekly Co-ordination meetings. For the every step of the work, close supervision of the Site Engineers will be made taking full responsibilities. We do hope that all the tasks will be successfully and fully operated to have full Satisfaction of the Client Company.
